INTENSIVE (SELF-) CARE

I.C. stands for Intensive Care of your Inner Child.

This is an invitation to free yourself from the effects of emotional  psychological mistreatment and abuse, verbal violence, and surpression (from the past).
In order to support you whenever you want me to, I’m currently working on a service to provide doable tools for self-care. This includes a roadmap how to take your power back, and to make sure that your confidence is based on sustainable joy and embodied in unconditional self-love.

Let’s speak up the truth, your truth, unlock silences and heal what is hidden too long.
