The way how we will work together is always based on your personality and needs, and the benefits of journal therapy (writing therapy) in combination with online in depth counseling. 

Everybody needs a little support from time to time. Some people want somebody to listen when needed, thoughtful types want to be left alone and process their emotions at their own pace. Others prefer action and problem-solving solutions.
I’ll cheer you, guide you, and be your “ears and shoulder”.

Knowing that your time and energy are valuable, we need to agree upon some terms before we start. Last but not least, we have to be on the same page to be successful, because I respect you and will always be grateful for your decision to reach out and open up to me.

Along with the writing process (journaling), I’ll be there as your facilitator, the guide from the side, and coach to help you detect and break through the limiting *Blind Spots and *Belief System. You will learn to listen to your inner voice instead of repeating the voice of someone else or society.
